ContactPDF is built on a simple principle: your contacts are yours. The app does one thing, export your contacts to a PDF, and it does it entirely on your device. We don’t collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

What we collect

Nothing. ContactPDF does not collect any personal data, usage data, analytics, or crash reports.

Contacts access

ContactPDF requests access to your contacts solely to generate your PDF export. Your contacts are read directly on your device and are never sent to any server, stored outside the app, or shared with anyone.

On-device processing

All PDF generation happens entirely on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. There are no ContactPDF servers. Your data never leaves your device.

App Store purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. ContactPDF never receives or stores your payment information, Apple ID, or any identity data. For questions about billing, contact Apple Support.

No analytics or tracking

ContactPDF contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting services, no advertising networks, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We have no way to see how you use the app because we collect nothing.

Children’s privacy

ContactPDF does not knowingly collect information from anyone. Because we collect no data at all, this policy applies equally to users of all ages.

Changes to this policy

If we ever update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
