Please read these terms before using ContactPDF. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ContactPDF (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

ContactPDF grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms.

3. Platforms

ContactPDF is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac via a single universal purchase on the App Store.

4. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple’s own terms and conditions. ContactPDF has no ability to issue refunds directly, all refund requests must be submitted to Apple. Subscription billing is managed entirely by Apple.

5. Free tier

Users who do not purchase a subscription or lifetime unlock may export PDFs containing up to 25 contacts at no charge. Unlimited exports require a paid plan.

6. Restrictions

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any portion of it; remove any copyright or proprietary notices; or use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PDFs generated by ContactPDF are not certified documents and should not be used as legally binding or official records.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContactPDF’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
